Each year we calculate annual MLS® sales statistics and add them to our
historical sales statistics. Our district-by-district sales statistics
of the four main residential property types date back to 1995.
District-by-district sales statistics for single family dwellings only
go back an additional five years to 1990. We also maintain an annual
table of single family sales statistics for the region as a whole which
extends back to 1978.
We caution that
buying and selling decisions should not be based on price history alone.
